Minecraft FAQ

Add play.vanillaflux.net (or vanillaflux.net) as a server in Multiplayer. We're Java Edition only, on Minecraft 1.21.2 or newer.

Try these in order:

• ▣Make sure you're on Java Edition 1.21.2 or newer. Bedrock isn't supported.
• ▣Check the server address for typos: play.vanillaflux.net or vanillaflux.net.
• ▣Check the server isn't down or restarting. Status updates are posted in our Discord.
• ▣If you're banned you won't be able to connect. You can appeal with a ticket in our Discord.

Griefing is part of Vanilla Flux. It's a core challenge of the world, so use it as a chance to rebuild, upgrade your defenses and come back stronger.

• ▣Secure your loot: move any hidden stash or surviving items to a spot far from your old base.
• ▣Relocate and rebuild: pick a safer, hidden location. Consider building underground or using natural terrain to conceal it.
• ▣Team up: recruit or join a team to share resources and guard your base together.

Open a ticket in the tickets channel of our Discord and select the appeal ticket. Explain what happened and stay respectful. Staff decisions are final.

Use /report in-game, or open a ticket in our Discord. Include their username and evidence such as clips or screenshots.

Run /team create <name> <tag> (or /clan).

• ▣The name must be a single word with no spaces or color codes, up to 16 characters.
• ▣The tag can use color codes but not bold, italic, underline, strikethrough or obfuscated, and it can be at most 4 visible characters.
