Ranks are applied automatically once payment clears — usually within a minute or two if you're online, or the next time you join.

One-time gives you the rank for a fixed duration and then expires. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

Use the manage-subscription link in your Tebex receipt email, or contact support.

To change your rank you must either wait out your One-Time purchase period and then purchase a new plan, or you must cancel your current subscription and purchase a new plan.

Add a rank to your basket, then enter the gift card number in the 'Gift card or coupon code' box before checking out.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're banned from the server, you're not entitled to a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future payments; payments already made aren't refunded.

Double-check the Minecraft username you entered, then open a support ticket in our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID.
