Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're banned from the server, you're not entitled to a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future payments; payments already made aren't refunded.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from the Tebex payment portal. You keep the rank until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

If something went wrong

If your rank didn't arrive, went to the wrong username, or you were charged twice, contact us before doing anything else. Delivery problems are looked into and fixed. See the contact page.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us instead of opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputed purchases are removed, and the account may be banned from the server.
