These terms cover this website and anything you buy from the Vanilla Flux store. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

Who you're buying from

Payments are handled by Tebex, which is the reseller and merchant of record for every purchase. Tebex's checkout terms also apply when you pay. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

What a rank is

  • Ranks are digital perks on the Vanilla Flux Minecraft server. They have no cash value and can't be traded or sold.
  • A rank is delivered to the Minecraft username entered at checkout, or to the friend you gift it to. Double-check the spelling: a rank that went to the wrong name can't be moved.
  • One-time ranks last for the length you bought. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel.
  • Perks can change as the server develops. We'll keep a rank's overall value in line with what it was sold as.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Tebex payment portal. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep the rank until the end of the month you've paid for.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're banned from the server, you're not entitled to a refund. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future payments; payments already made aren't refunded. See the refund policy for the details.

Playing on the server

Buying a rank doesn't exempt you from the server rules. Accounts that break them can be punished or banned, with or without a rank. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may also lead to a ban.

The website

We try to keep prices and perks on this site accurate, but the price shown at Tebex checkout is the one you pay. Prices in USD and EUR are approximate conversions from GBP.
